Steve Harding

Steve Harding has extensive experience in purchasing and management within the hospitality and entertainment industries, currently serving as the Purchasing and Ancillary Services Manager at Credit Human since September 2016. Prior to this role, Steve was the Director of Purchasing at Levy Restaurants, overseeing operations at notable venues such as the Houston Toyota Center and San Antonio’s AT&T Center, where achievements included enhancing performance during major events. With a background at Sea World, Steve held positions ranging from Director of Support Services to Director of Culinary Operations, achieving significant revenue increases and cost reductions. Steve’s career began at Busch Entertainment Corp and Busch Gardens, where responsibilities included culinary analysis and purchasing supervision. Steve's foundational experience includes service in the US Navy as a Quartermaster, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
