Tyler Reddout

Tyler Reddout currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Learning and Development at Credit Human and has been in this role since November 2022. Additionally, Tyler has been a Principal Consultant at The Culture Partners since September 2019. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Learning and Development Strategist at Spurs Sports & Entertainment from November 2019 to November 2022, and Service and Talent Transformation Manager at Credit Human from August 2015 to September 2019. Tyler has extensive experience in developing training programs and strategies, highlighted by roles as Leadership Developer at Time Warner Cable and Lead Market Trainer at Apple. Tyler holds an Executive Education degree in Driving Innovation and New Ventures in Established Organizations from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
