Carmen Cole

Carmen Cole is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Credit Karma since June 2018, Carmen has progressed through various HRBP roles within the company, contributing to the mission of championing financial progress for over 100 million members in the U.S. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Manager position at Target, where Carmen successfully increased team engagement and enhanced leadership development, while also managing complex employee relations cases and coaching managers on talent management.
