William Shen

William Shen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial risk management, analytics, and marketing. Currently serving as AVP of Balance Growth at Credit One Bank since September 2019, William has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Director positions in Customer Engagement Financial Risk and Portfolio Financial Risk. Prior to Credit One Bank, William worked at State Farm ® as a Bank Credit Analytics Manager and served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore. A significant portion of William's career was at Citi, where roles included Senior Vice President and Business Control Director of Global Reporting, among others. Additional experiences include positions at the World Gold Council, Burson-Marsteller, Unilever, and the Shanghai Land Transportation Administration Bureau. William holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Baltimore, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Putuo Community College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research from Fudan University.
