Jeff Semtner

Jeff Semtner is an experienced production engineer currently working at Crescent Energy since August 2024. Prior to this, Jeff Semtner served as an operations engineer at Javelin Energy Partners from January 2022 to August 2024 and at Fleur de Lis Energy, LLC from July 2019 to January 2022, where oversight included production operations of 580 horizontal wells in the Barnett shale. Previous roles also include senior completion engineer and production engineer positions at Tapstone Energy LLC, where responsibilities encompassed completion operations and production management in various assets across Kansas and Oklahoma. Jeff Semtner's early career includes contract roles as production engineer II at SandRidge Energy, focusing on well optimization and artificial lift design, as well as internships in mechanical engineering.
