Rick Kippen

Rick Kippen has over 15 years of experience in construction and quality assurance, currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Crescent Point Energy since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Senior Construction Superintendent at Shell from June 2018 to April 2021, focusing on pipeline, facilities, and earthworks projects. Earlier, Rick was the Projects Quality Lead for Shell in Canada from June 2012 to June 2017, overseeing construction and fabrication quality. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Inspector at Propak Systems Ltd. and a Mechanical Inspector at Zeus Engineering. Rick began a career in sales at Air Liquide Canada from 2003 to 2005. Academic credentials include training at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and various certifications from recognized institutions in welding and inspection.
