Sepideh Moghadam

Sepideh Moghadam is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in strategic guidance and risk management across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Cresen Solutions, Sepideh provides expertise on global strategy, ethics, compliance, and ESG initiatives. Previously, Sepideh held the position of Head of Integrity & Compliance Global Strategy at Indivior, where strategic priorities and compliance programs were developed and executed. As an Advisory Board Member at EverSmart City, contributions focused on governance and innovation in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and blockchain. Prior roles include Head of Ethics and Compliance Office at Blue Yonder, President and Co-Founder of Black Belt Compliance, and involvement in the Office of Compliance at Avnet. Sepideh holds a double major in Electrical Engineering and Information Systems, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
