Ken Strilchuk

Ken Strilchuk has extensive experience in leadership development and management training, serving as the President of MTM Consulting Group, a Crestcom Licensee, since July 1997. Under Ken's leadership, Crestcom Calgary & Southern Alberta has provided award-winning training to over 16,000 graduates and supported more than 3,100 clients across various industries. Previously, Ken held the position of Director at TELUS Communications from April 1980 to June 1997. Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration & Commerce from the University of Alberta and has completed the Executive Development Program at The Banff Centre. Additionally, Ken is a certified Crestcom Facilitator and Franchise Developer, with a focus on introducing and coaching franchise owners in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
