Loren Smith is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in training, development, and hotel management. As the current Vice President of Training and Development at Crete United, Loren leads a team focused on fostering a culture of continuous learning and enhancing employee engagement through innovative training programs. Previously, Loren served as the Director of Franchise Development and Area Vice President at ABM Industries, where responsibilities included identifying qualified contractors for the franchise network. Prior roles also include Hotel Manager at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, Front Office Manager at Remington Hotels, and various positions in hotel operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency. Education includes attendance at San Diego Mesa College and Mount Carmel High School.
