Will Stephan, SHRM-CP, serves as an HR Business Partner at Crew Carwash since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing HR and safety policies, leading performance management processes, and overseeing employee engagement programs, contributing to the company being recognized as a Best Place to Work for four consecutive years.
