Tim Roberts

Tim Roberts serves as the Director of Pre-Construction at CRG Residential since December 2017, where responsibilities include guiding and mentoring a team of project managers overseeing all construction activities and collaborating with the development team to align workflows and project starts. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Preconstruction at Buckingham Companies from December 2015 to December 2017 and served as Director of Construction at MainStreet from April 2014 to July 2015. Tim's experience also includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Buckingham Companies from February 2009 to April 2014 and Vice President of Operations at Paragon from February 1999 to February 2009. Tim is an alumnus of Purdue University and Cathedral High School.
