Annette Simons

Annette Simons is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in providing legal counsel across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at CRH since December 2021, Annette offers legal advice on contractual, transactional, and strategic matters for businesses across Europe and Asia. Prior to this role, Annette worked as Corporate Counsel for EMEA at Hyland, where responsibilities included analyzing legal risks and advising management. Annette's previous experience includes significant legal leadership roles at Mitsui Rail Capital Europe BV and contract management at DAL Structured Finance GmbH, alongside earlier positions in legal training and development. Annette holds a First State Exam in Law from Universität Trier and a Second State Exam from the Higher Regional Court in Essen, Germany.
