Danielle Godin

Danielle Godin is an experienced HR Business Partner at Barrett Industries, a manufacturing and construction company. She is the team lead for the Colas USA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Foster Mobility Initiatives. Danielle also serves as a Colas Mentor to female employees who want to further their career development by increasing their business, strategic, and financial acumen. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Sage College of Albany, an MBA from the College of Saint Rose and a SHRM-CP Certification.

Danielle’s passions lie in collaboration, strategy, developing people and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is committed to promoting a workplace environment that recognizes the unique contributions of each member of the team.
