Jhony Jailes

Jhony Jailes is a seasoned education strategist with extensive experience in college admissions consulting and mentoring. Currently serving as a Senior Strategist and Team Lead at Crimson Education since November 2019, Jhony coordinates a team responsible for over 50 student journeys and manages key performance indicators to enhance customer satisfaction and student outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as a College Admissions Consultant at Daqui pra Fora, where over 50 high school students were mentored in their applications to prestigious universities, and as a College Prep Program Counselor at Fundação Estudar, advising 150+ students with a notable 90% acceptance rate. Jhony holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from Concordia College, supplemented by an exchange program in Business Management at Université de Rennes I.
