Haley Gates

Haley Gates is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in the fast-casual dining and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at CRISP & GREEN since June 2018, Gates plays a key role in promoting healthy meal options within the community. Additionally, as the former Head of Human Resources and Chief People Officer at STEELE BRANDS from August 2021 to September 2024, Gates contributed to the growth of multiple fast-casual restaurant entities. Previous experience includes a position in Global Talent Acquisition at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and roles in office management and operations, showcasing a well-rounded background in various aspects of human resources and operations. Gates holds a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
