Maxime Spil

Maxime Spil is an experienced HR Advisor specializing in the last mile logistics sector at Crisp, a supermarket app delivering fresh products across the Netherlands, since July 2021. Prior to Crisp, Maxime served as a Shift Manager at Melles People, a temporary working agency in Amsterdam, and as Chairman of the Introduction Board for Amsterdam International Sorority Aphrodite. Maxime's experience also includes an internship at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas in Bali, where responsibilities included supervising housekeeping and guest services, as well as roles at Steps Nederland BV as a Substitute Manager and Sales Advisor. Earlier positions involved coordinating events at Najade Resort and working in various capacities at Las Tapas. Maxime holds a Bachelor's degree from Hotelschool The Hague and completed a Premaster Program there.
