Pauline Huoth

Pauline Huoth is an experienced quality assurance and manufacturing manager currently working at CRISPR Therapeutics since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading manufacturing facility start-up initiatives and collaborating on tech transfers for various immuno-oncology pipelines. Previously, Pauline held roles at Brammer Bio and Histogenics Corporation, overseeing drug product supervision and managing cell culture processes for clinical trials. Earlier career experience includes a senior manufacturing associate position at Sanofi Genzyme and serving as a certified pharmacy technician at CVS. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree with a focus on biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
