Richard Warburg

After a long tenure as partner in a leading intellectual property and a general practice law firm, Mr. Warburg, a successful patent attorney, began working with Private equity funds. With a PhD in molecular biology and a post-doctoral in genetic research, Mr. Warburg pursued a foundation in science prior to receiving his law degree. He has extensive experience in international patent strategy including successful drafting, prosecution, and litigation of complex patents from idea to commercial success. Mr. Warburg does extensive work with private equity funds and is board member to companies in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
