Sofia Rodrigues

Sofia Rodrigues is an experienced MES Consultant at Critical Manufacturing since July 2020, where Sofia supports teams as a Product Owner in MES implementation projects for the medical devices and industrial equipment sectors. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as an Analyst at Deloitte Portugal from September 2019 to June 2020, focusing on the application of the SMDE methodology, process mapping, optimization, and digitalization projects within industrial and financial services contexts. Earlier experience includes a Student Trainee position at Deloitte Portugal, where Sofia completed a dissertation on digitalization of operations and SMED methodology. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed the first year of Environmental Engineering at the same institution. Additionally, in March 2023, Sofia obtained certification from Scrum Alliance.
