Ildar Khaziakhmetov

Ildar Khaziakhmetov is an experienced Project Manager at CROC since September 2019, specializing in IT systems migrations, cyber security architecture, and digital service ecosystems for leading companies across various sectors, including manufacturing, retail, energy, oil and gas, and logistics. Previous experience includes serving as an IT Project Manager at Procter & Gamble, where Ildar prepared a transformation roadmap for internal HR services and developed a chatbot prototype, as well as an Information Technology Engineer at Rosselkhozbank, optimizing customer service processes. Ildar holds a Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and another Master's degree in Management from the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University, in addition to a Specialist degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems Management from Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
