Svetlana Zhukova

Svetlana Zhukova is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on IT recruitment and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at КРОК since November 2020, Svetlana previously held positions as a Senior IT HR Consultant at Hays from September 2015 to November 2020 and at Ventra Employment from September 2012 to September 2015. Earlier in the career, Svetlana worked as an IT HR Manager at Auriga, where successful recruitment strategies were employed for various technical roles. Svetlana holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the Russian State Social University, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
