Alena James

Alena James is an experienced fundraising and donor relations professional with a strong background in nonprofit development. Currently serving as the Donor Relations Manager at Crocker Art Museum since October 2024, Alena previously held positions at Sacramento Tree Foundation, where responsibilities included managing annual giving appeals and donor records. Alena's career also includes roles as Fundraising Coordinator & Community Liaison at The Silver Orange, Account Executive at Edelman, and Project Assistant at People and Change Consulting, LLC. Alena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
