Esra Kaya

Esra Kaya is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across multiple regions, including Poland, Turkiye, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Croda since March 2021, Esra previously held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceuticals and HR Manager at Bayer, where responsibilities included coaching management teams, organizing training programs, and fostering employee development. With a strong background in change management, talent management, and diversity and inclusion, Esra has consistently driven HR strategies that align with business goals. Esra's educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Marmara University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Ege University, supplemented by various coaching and leadership certifications.
