Lisa Bolduc

Lisa's earlier experience includes leading HR strategies at Optimum Groupe Financier and serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Morneau Shepell, where significant contributions were made in M&A operations and organizational transformation. Additionally, Lisa has held governance roles, including board membership at Académie Zénith and completed advanced studies in corporate governance, human resources, and actuarial science.
