Ajit Shinde

Ajit Shinde has a robust background in product development and quality assurance within the electronics and retail sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Quality at Croma since March 2022, Ajit previously held the position of Senior Research and Development Engineer at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd from March 2021 to January 2022, focusing on television R&D. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in New Product Development at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. from July 2015 to February 2021. Ajit holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Terna Engineering College, completed in 2015.
