Himanshu Sharma is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading quality initiatives across various manufacturing and consumer electrical sectors. Currently serving as the Head Of Quality at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since August 2021, Himanshu leads a team to enhance product quality in the Lighting Business Unit through strategic collaboration and process improvements. Previous roles include Director Quality Assurance and Associate Director Quality Assurance at Flipkart, where Himanshu oversaw the quality department for product development and customer satisfaction. Himanshu's experience also includes positions such as Deputy General Manager QA at Anchor Electricals Private Limited and Assistant Manager - Quality at Schneider Electric India. Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Hindu Institute of Technology.
