Robert Twyman

Robert Twyman serves as a member on the Crop One Board of Directors. Mr. Twyman is a purpose-driven leader who is deeply committed and actively engaged in supporting access to nutrient-rich foods as well as the future of sustainable agriculture and food systems. He has spent over three decades in the retail and wholesale food industries, working for early natural food innovators, such as Bread & Circus Natural Foods in Boston, The Odwalla Fresh-Squeezed Juice Company, as well as his own venture, Kinetic Lunch, an early initiative to bring natural and organic foods to the fast-food space. For the past 28 years, Rob worked at Whole Foods Market, serving at every leadership level in the company, from department and store leadership to Regional President for Northern California and Executive Global Vice President of Operations, during which time he oversaw and supported company operations throughout the US, Canada and the UK.
