John Wright

John Wright is a Customer Success Specialist at Crossbar since January 2023, focusing on onboarding new customers and enhancing retention and referrals. Previously, John was the Director of Campus Selection at Northwestern Mutual, overseeing talent acquisition for an internship program. As Director of Hockey Operations at GRANITE CITY AMATEUR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION, John managed practices and coached development for a large youth hockey program. John's experience also includes roles as Personal Trainer Director and Member Experience Manager at Anytime Fitness, where John ensured high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, John served as a Professional Athlete, leading as team captain. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, both from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
