Erin Sullivan-Grimes

Erin Sullivan-Grimes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and auditing. Currently serving as Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting since December 2018, Erin has held various positions including Experienced Managing Consultant and Managing Consultant. Prior experience includes a tenure at Deloitte from September 2013 to December 2018, where roles spanned Senior Consultant in Federal Advisory, Audit In Charge, Senior Technical Lead in the Accounting Business Process Team, and Senior in Actuarial Rewards and Analytics. Key responsibilities encompassed identifying financial control issues, conducting financial statement audits, managing audit teams, and providing coaching to junior staff.
