Kevin Bates is an accomplished Director in the Accounting Advisory practice at CrossCountry Consulting, with a career spanning over a decade in finance and accounting consulting. Starting as an Analyst at Allied Irish Banks plc, Kevin continued to develop expertise at KPMG in Ireland, where engagement with both large multinational and local companies took place. Since joining CrossCountry Consulting in 2012, Kevin has progressed through various roles from Senior Consultant to Associate Director, leading significant projects across Finance Transformation, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and Revenue Accounting for Fortune 500 companies. Kevin's educational background includes a degree in Commerce from University College Cork and FCA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
