Currently serving as a Client Relationship Executive at CrossCountry Consulting since December 2022, Summer focuses on providing tailored strategic consulting solutions. As a Podcast Host for Tone from the Top, starting in August 2024, Summer emphasizes the importance of leadership in driving transformative change. Additionally, Summer holds the position of Board Advisor at I.Liv Performance Inc., prioritizing the balance for working mothers. Previously, Summer founded Starbox Consulting LLC, offering interim leadership roles, and served as Director of Business Transformation at CrossCountry Consulting from 2011 to 2021, managing complex change initiatives for pre-IPO and publicly traded companies.
