Julianne (Julie) Monaco has over two decades of experience in the mortgage and banking industry, currently serving as the Closing Team Lead at CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. since April 2018, and as a Remote Closer at NFM Lending since April 2015. Previous roles include Mortgage Closer at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation and Fifth Third Mortgage Company, where responsibilities included managing various closing packages and ensuring the accuracy of closing documents. Additionally, Julie held positions at United Trust Bank as a Mortgage Processor and at Bank One as an Assistant Manager and Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, overseeing scheduling and supporting daily operations in the Telephone Banking Center. Julie’s extensive background includes expertise in residential, commercial, and consumer loan processing and closing.
