Daniel Hatcher

Daniel Hatcher is an experienced professional in the construction and land management industries. Currently serving as an Estimator/Preconstruction Manager at Crosslands Companies since November 2024, Daniel previously held multiple engineering roles at Waner Construction Company, Inc., from June 2021 to November 2024. Prior experience includes positions as a Landman at Maven Royalty Partners and Independent Landman roles at various companies, beginning with BETA Land Services in May 2017. Daniel began professional training through internships at family Tree Oil and Gas, Bradley Broussard Land Services, and iLandMan. Daniel holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Land and Resource Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
