Channin Daugherty BSN, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, ACHPN is an experienced palliative care nurse practitioner currently working at Crossroads Hospice since January 2021. With a strong background in palliative and hospice care, Channin has held various roles including Director of Clinical Services and Palliative Program Manager at Kansas Palliative & Hospice Care and Hospice and Palliative Nurse Practitioner at Hospice of the Bluegrass. Previous experience includes positions at Sutter Care At Home, El Camino Hospital, Stanford Health Care, Vitas Hospice, and Norton Healthcare, where Channin focused on symptom management, family support, and end-of-life care across pediatric and adult settings. Channin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Graceland University and multiple Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, along with training in spiritual care.
