Deb Ellis

Deb Ellis is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in hospice, health services, and adult day program management. Currently employed at Crossroads Hospice since March 2015, Deb has previously held roles at the Visiting Nurse Association, Gentiva Health Services, Living Better Adult Day, the Jewish Community Center, St. John's Mercy Hospice, Renal Care Group, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and the City of St. Louis Health and Hospitals. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Psychology from Western Kentucky University. Throughout the career, Deb has demonstrated expertise in program development, management, counseling, and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
