Justina Dicarlo

Justina DiCarlo is a seasoned professional in career advising and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Workday at CrossVue since September 2022. Previously, Justina held the position of Assistant Director at the Career Lab of Johns Hopkins School of Nursing from July 2018 to September 2022, where career programming was provided for over 1,100 nursing graduate students and alumni. Justina's extensive experience at Towson University includes roles such as Adjunct Instructor, Job Location and Development Coordinator/Career Advisor, and Graduate Assistant, facilitating career development for thousands of students through curriculum-based courses and guidance.
