Brooke Rutherford

Brooke Stephenson is an experienced Youth & Young Adults Pastor at Crossway Baptist Church since February 2022, with a diverse background in community management and marketing. Previously, Brooke held the position of Social Media & Community Manager at Grill'd and served as Community Manager at Industry Beans, overseeing various aspects of e-commerce, customer communications, and social media strategy. Prior roles include Account Executive at Keep Left, where Brooke managed PR and content marketing for notable clients, and Communications and Administration Intern at Australians Together, a social movement focused on improving Indigenous relations. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monash University.
