Brian Schneider

Brian Schneider is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning over three decades in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Crown Bakeries since March 2024, Brian has held various management positions including Plant Manager at Rustic Crust/American Flatbread, where Brian worked both recently and earlier in the career from December 2011 to March 2016. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Monogram Foods and Director of Manufacturing at The Schwan Food Company. Brian's expertise encompasses plant management and operational leadership, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned in 1985.
