Kirsty Donbavand

Kirsty Donbavand is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Crown Law since November 2024, Kirsty previously held the position of Head of People & Capability at New Zealand Rugby from January 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included providing strategic advice and leading programs for employee wellbeing and safety. Kirsty also served as Human Resources Business Partner at Te Manatū Waka - Ministry of Transport, and has a strong background in HR roles at Farrah's, Statistics New Zealand, Kelly Services, and Yellow Pages Group. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Management and Human Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
