Crown Yoga is an indy, community yoga studio focused on unifying the body, mind, and soul through intentional movement meditation. 

We offer hatha, vinyasa, yin, gentle, restorative, and meditation classes along with weekly sound bath sessions. Our classes begin with a mindful reading or set intention, followed by a guided meditation, pranayama, and a series of asanas. Classes end with savasana (yoga nidra), a pose laying supine for several minutes to obtain total relaxation. Class experiences may include a live sound bath.
