Richard Kjellstrom, CAM, CMCA, CCM, CCE, is an experienced independent travel agent currently affiliated with Cruise Brothers since October 2020. Previously, Richard served as the General Manager for multiple homeowners associations and country clubs, including Halifax Plantation HOA, Saturnia Lakes HOA, and Spruce Creek Fly In Community. Richard excelled in managing community amenities and enhancing member experiences, achieving significant improvements in member morale and revenue at various clubs. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Economics from Florida Southern College and an MBA in Business, Economics and Accounting from the University of Utah.
