Steven Heukelom

Steven Heukelom is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Asset Design & Development at Cruise Saudi, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Steven was self-employed from May 2023 to March 2024 and served as Chief Technical Officer at Lekki Deep Sea Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited from October 2015 to April 2023, overseeing the development and operation of Lekki Deep Sea Port in Nigeria. Additional experience includes positions as Port Operations Executive Manager at New Port Project, Unit Manager for Infrastructure & Utility Development at SOHAR Port and Freezone, and various roles at Port of Rotterdam including Senior Project Manager. Steven holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Ports and Waterways from Delft University of Technology.
