Parag Hardas

Parag Hardas is an experienced professional in systems engineering and technology strategy, currently leading GenAI adoption at Cruise since August 2023. Previously, Parag contributed to Airbnb from February 2019 to July 2023, where significant achievements included launching the Help Center and Resource Center and enhancing the Taxonomy platform. Prior to Airbnb, Parag served as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Palo Alto Networks, implementing a digital search strategy and managing a team for various digital initiatives. In other roles, Parag successfully led technology programs at Gap Inc., improved engineering productivity at Broadcom Limited, and facilitated various technical projects at American Electric Power and Infosys. Parag holds an MBA in Business Management & Strategy from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, along with specialization in Product Management from UC Berkeley.
