Jay Hoffmann

Jay Hoffmann is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in founding and managing innovative companies. As Co-Founder and Board Member of Cruisebound, Inc. since September 2021, Jay has been instrumental in creating a digital cruise travel agency. Jay is also the Co-Founder of Bansho Labs and previously Co-Founded Kaizen, which focuses on modern professional feedback. Earlier in the career, Jay held significant roles such as Co-Founder and CEO of Rocketmiles, Advisor and GM for the South Pacific region, and Vice President and General Manager of Groupon's new business segment. Prior experience includes leadership positions at United Airlines, Motorola, The Boston Consulting Group, and Snapfish. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
