Radu Pavelco

Radu Pavelco is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Since April 2017, Radu has been working at Crunchyroll, where currently serves as Senior Engineering Manager for Admin Tools, focusing on the development of internal administration and moderation tools, alongside managing the notifications service. Previously at Crunchyroll, Radu held roles as Engineering Manager for both Admin Tools and Internal Tools, collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and design high-level architectural solutions. Prior to Crunchyroll, Radu worked as a PHP Developer at YOPESO, contributing to internal projects utilizing various management tools, and as a Web Developer at Cedacri International, specializing in banking software programming and testing. Radu holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, with studies from 2009 to 2014.
