Grace Williams

Grace Williams is an experienced professional in the field of women's football, currently serving as the Head of Women’s Football at Crystal Palace Football Club since June 2023. Prior to this role, Grace held the position of Women’s General Manager at Bristol City Football Club from August 2021 to June 2023 and served as Women’s League and Club Development Manager at the Football Association of Wales for a brief period in 2021. Grace's experience also includes serving as Women’s General Manager at Watford Football Club from November 2018 to March 2021 and working as both Assistant Manager and Marketing Coordinator at H2 Clubs from February 2017 to October 2018. Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Development and Coaching Science from Bournemouth University, completed in 2016.
