Laura Baptiste

Laura Baptiste has accumulated extensive experience in safeguarding and youth support roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Acting Head of Safeguarding at Crystal Palace Football Club since November 2021 during maternity cover, Laura previously held key positions at West Ham United FC, including Academy Safeguarding Manager and Academy Safeguarding Coordinator from September 2018 to November 2021. Earlier, Laura worked as a Family Support & Pastoral Care Worker at Granton Primary School and as a Police Community Support Officer with City of London Police. Laura's career in youth and community services began at Lambeth Children Young Peoples Services, serving as a Youth and Play Worker/Detached Youth Worker from June 2002 to January 2007.
