Nancy McGraw

Chief Development Officer at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions

Nancy McGraw has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Nancy started their career at the Association for Neighborhood & Housing Development (ANHD) as an Associate Director and eventually became the Interim Director. During their time at ANHD, they were responsible for course development, marketing, and financing of the Managing Affordable Housing Training Program. Nancy also served as the Director of the Community Housing Association for Managers and Producers (CHAMP), a trade association for nonprofit community managers and developers of affordable housing. In 2008, they joined the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) as the Chief Development Officer, overseeing all aspects of fund development, including grants, contracts, and program-related investments. Overall, Nancy McGraw has a strong background in development and management within the nonprofit and affordable housing sectors.

Nancy McGraw obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban Design & City Planning from New York University. Nancy then pursued a certificate in Planning and Community Economic Development from Pratt Institute. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Urban Design from New York University as well. Nancy's early education took place at Leonia High School.
