Donna Hall

Donna Hall has extensive experience in change management and incident management, currently serving as a Change Manager and Incident Manager at CSI Ltd since May 2015. Prior to this role, Donna worked as a Service Desk Coordinator at Networks First from May 2012 to May 2015, and held the position of User Support Analyst at TNT from November 2009 to April 2012. Donna's earlier roles include Personal Banker at Barclays from November 2007 to May 2008 and Telephone Sales Representative at Royal Bank of Scotland from March 2004 to October 2007. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Television Technology and Production with a focus on Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from Birmingham City University, completed in 2002.
