Autumn Kurtz

Autumn Kurtz currently serves as the Senior Director of Development for Economic Security & Technology at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) since July 2024. Prior to this role, Autumn was the Director of Philanthropy at the Peterson Institute for International Economics from January 2022 to July 2024 and the Director of Development at the University of Virginia's Center for Politics between October 2015 and December 2021. Previous experience includes serving as the Executive Director at T4A.org and holding positions with the Presidential Inaugural Committee 2013 as Northwest Finance Director, Obama for America as Regional Finance Director, and the Democratic National Committee as Northwest Finance Director and Northern California Deputy Finance Director. Autumn began a career in political organization as a Field Organizer for the 2004 Washington State Coordinated Campaign. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Studies from Purdue University, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
